He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University in 2000. Between 2000 and 2012, he worked as a manager in Supply Chain functions at Ford Otosan. He also commissioned and managed the Supplier Development Program. Within the scope of this task, he carried out audit and support activities in Supply Chain and ERP transformations of 300+ supplier companies. In the same period, he executed OSD Odette committee chairman and Turkey representative in the International LFC committee for 4 years. Afterwards, he worked at Ülker – Yıldız Holding between 2012-2013 and Hayat Kimya between 2013-2020. As the Supply Chain Director, he led the installation, design and implementation of many projects, especially S&OP, Digital Transformation, E-Commerce, and Automatic Warehouse Systems. At the same time, he supported the commissioning of investments in 6 different countries and the design of Supply Chain processes. As of October 2020, he has been working as Algoritma 360 Senior Consultant and CEO.
Celalettin Dizman
CHIEF IT OFFICER (CIO) – MANAGING PARTNER
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 1996. Afterwards, he worked as an analysis programmer at Saysıs Computer and Borusan Otomotıv (BMW). Between 2002-2010, he developed 10+ projects as a project manager at VSS Gmbh BMW AG in Germany. Between 2010-2021, he executed WMS and System Development Manager, Logistics Operations Manager, Technical Maintenance and Systems Manager at Hayat Kimya, respectively. He carried out the tasks of establishing and developing processes as the Supply Chain Group Manager in Hayat Kimya Egypt operations. Lastly, he performed the management of Supply Chain Warehouse Management Systems, Technical Maintenance, E-Commerce processes as Operations Group Manager. As of July 2021, he is the CIO as the leader of Algoritma 360 Software and Technology teams.
